Step 10 Keep Several Strategies Open

It’s important to not allow yourself to become fixated on a single property. I always say, keep several irons in the fire. Meaning, even if you have an offer out, you should still continue to evaluate other properties. Doing so will help with these 2 things:

  • Stop you from falling in love with a property that you should not be in love with
  • If the property is a right fit for you, you will come to realize that while continuing your search

I recommend you meet with your agent often and do your due diligence.
